Mentor Recruitment & Partnership Lead
Spencer Zhang
My name is Spencer Zhang and I am currently a 10th grader at the Stony Brook School. My passion lies in the humanities and social sciences, as well as mentoring others, whether it be my boys in the 7-9th grade dormitory at my boarding school or my peers in Science Olympiad. I believe that mentoring allows both the mentor and the mentee to grow. Through my experience as a mentor, I have gained a better understanding of how my experience shapes my perspective and how I approach things, while my mentees have grown in knowledge, communication, and problem solving. I enjoy my free time watching anime, reading books, and exploring the outdoors.
